Your MHSF reviews

Two reviews. One place to begin.

A Stay Review looks at ways to remain in the home. A Stabilization Review looks at whether MHSF can take on the property problem. You can start before you know which one fits.

01 · Stay Review

I want to stay.

A Stay Review means MHSF looks at ways you may keep owning the home or keep living there. We explain the tax problem and payment-plan questions. If ownership later changes to MHSF, renting the home may be an option. That is called a leaseback. We cannot promise either option will fit.

  1. MHSF opens the Property File and explains what it shows.
  2. You tell MHSF what staying means for you.
  3. MHSF explains each option, cost, and term before you choose.
An MHSF Review asks MHSF to look at the Property File and contact you.

02 · Stabilization Review

I need MHSF to take this on.

A Stabilization Review means MHSF looks at whether it can take on the property and its problems, such as unpaid taxes or repairs. Ownership may change to MHSF. Opening a review does not commit you.

  1. You tell us your connection to the property and whether anyone lives there.
  2. MHSF reviews the Property File and what needs to be done.
  3. If stabilization fits, MHSF shows you the plan, costs, and any ownership change before you choose.

Open the Property File first.

A Property File is a free view of the public tax facts. Opening one does not commit you to anything.
